Church Anniversary Appeals

The amount raised this year was £ 1,505. Many thanks to those who responded so generously.

Thank you also to those who completed Talent Surveys. When the Co-ordinating Group next meets in June, the offers will be assessed !

Christian Aid Week

The house-to-house collection raised £4,368 - a 4% increase on last year.

In addition, the Coffee Morning raised £ 428 and the Village United Service collection ( together with a donation from Watford Quakers ) another £400.

Well done and thankyou to all who helped in any way.

Abbeyfield Friars Mead - The next service will be on Tues. 16th at 11.00 a.m.

The Bible Study Fellowship will meet in the hall at 2.00 p.m. on Weds. 3rd  and 17th

We have been gifted a 3-wheel walker ( now keeping the wheelchair company in the porch ) which is available for use in church. If anyone would find this useful, please just alert the door steward on arrival.

The Circuit is hosting District Synod at High.St. Harpenden on Sat. 12th Sept. and, along with all the other churches, we have been asked to provide volunteers to help out in a variety of ways. Please see the Poster in the hall and respond if you are able.
